Confidentiality Notice

Technical, commercial, documentary, photographic, audiovisual, operational and administrative information shared by PHIESYS or its clients is considered confidential when related to quotations, diagnostics, projects, drawings, reports, logs, access credentials, solution routes, costs, estimates, evidence, PHIESYS LIVE or any service in execution.

1. Authorized use

Information may only be used to evaluate, authorize, execute, supervise or close the corresponding project or service. Any other use requires prior written authorization.

2. PHIESYS LIVE

PHIESYS LIVE access is personal or assigned to an authorized client. Users must not share passwords, private links, documents, photographs, videos, logs or reports with unauthorized third parties.

3. Evidence and documents

Photographic evidence, videos, reports, quotations, scopes, diagnostics and logs are part of the technical project file. Downloading, copying, distributing or publishing them requires authorization.

4. External publication

No project material may be published on social media, presentations, portfolios, commercial proposals or public media without prior authorization. PHIESYS may prepare public versions that remove sensitive data, critical locations, faces, serial numbers, drawings, brands or internal client information.

5. Protection and breach

PHIESYS applies reasonable access control, document organization and publication restrictions. Unauthorized use may result in access suspension, removal requests and applicable contractual or legal action.
